Quick answers to the most common questions.
The desktop app isn’t notarized with Apple yet. Don’t click “Move to Trash.” Open System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down, and click Open Anyway next to 360 Mail. (Or run xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine "/Applications/360 Mail.app".)
Click More info → Run anyway. The installer is safe; it just isn’t code-signed yet.
360 Mail requires two-factor authentication. On a new device or app you’ll be asked for the 6-digit code from your authenticator app. Lost your device? Use a backup code you saved at setup, or ask an admin to reset your account.
Scan the QR code, or tap the key under “Can’t scan? Enter key manually” to copy it, then paste it into your authenticator app.
The first open of an older message fetches it from the mail server. Recent messages are pre-loaded automatically; give a new mailbox a minute to finish its initial sync.
Go to Add account → Continue with Microsoft/Google and sign in. Your mailbox stays in sync over a secure connection.
